2. Personal Data and Purposes

We process customers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing and shipping addresses, order details, payment status and necessary technical data.

Data is processed to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, issue invoices and ensure website security.

The legal bases under GDPR Article 6(1) are contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where applicable, consent.

3. Service Providers

We use the following service providers:

  • MicroVPS (NewPush Europe Kft.): Website hosting and data storage.
  • Stripe: Secure online card payments and fraud prevention. We do not store complete payment card details.
  • Számlázz.hu (KBOSS.hu Kft.): Electronic invoicing and accounting administration.
  • Delivery providers: Shipping information is shared as necessary to deliver orders.

Stripe may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable GDPR safeguards.

4. Data Retention and Cookies

Accounting documents are retained for at least 8 years under Hungarian law. Other personal data is retained only as long as necessary for orders, customer accounts, legal claims or other applicable obligations.
