The story of FACE began in 2016 with the development of exclusive permanent makeup pigments. Three years later, a new brand entered the market — vibrant, bold and distinctly modern.
What was the main idea behind the creation of these products?
The goal was to find a magical universal base — a pigment range that could be successfully used by both experienced professionals and beginners.
Over time, the brand's pigment portfolio expanded to include three permanent makeup product lines with different compositions, as well as two specialized product lines for concealing skin imperfections and areola pigmentation. A wide range of professional consumables was also introduced.
As a result, artists of different experience levels can now find everything they need for their pigment and consumable requirements in one place through the official FACE catalogue.
From the very beginning, the brand has set high standards for product quality, service, communication, educational content, marketing and customer loyalty. FACE continues to raise these standards every year, establishing itself as a trendsetter within its segment of the permanent makeup pigment market.
FACE is a manufacturer of certified products for permanent makeup and microblading.
Its own product range includes more than 25 products, as well as numerous unique pigment shades for eyebrows, eyelids and lips.
Manufactured in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

The FACE brand offers three pigment lines with different compositions:
The Base Line is an inorganic (mineral)-based hybrid. This means that the pigments contain two types of colorants, but the composition is predominantly mineral-based.
The Organic Love pigments are an organic-based hybrid, with organic pigments predominating in the formulation.
The Minerals line contains mineral pigments only.
The liquid base of the pigments consists of:
FACE pigments are formulated on a glycerin, water and alcohol-based liquid base.
First, let's look at the dry component of the pigments and understand the difference between organic and inorganic (mineral) colorants.
Organic colorants produce very bright and highly saturated shades.
When working with organic materials, only a small amount of dry pigment powder is required to color a given volume of liquid because organic colorants have a high coloring strength.
As a result, organic pigments are generally easy and fast to implant into the skin and provide high color retention.
A larger amount of dry inorganic pigment is required to achieve the same color intensity in a given volume of liquid.
Mineral particles do not dissolve completely in the liquid base. As a result, pure mineral pigments can be somewhat more challenging to implant into the skin, while their color tends to fade more gradually over time.
If the pigment becomes too thick, its consistency can be adjusted using a diluent.
The diluent has the same basic composition as the liquid base of the pigment and is designed to restore the desired working consistency.
For eyebrow pigments, laser removal can be used to gradually remove the pigment from the skin, with the color typically transitioning through a mild warm tone during the removal process.
For lip pigments, we recommend professional chemical removal when appropriate, particularly to help avoid unwanted color shifts.
Not necessarily.
FACE pigments are pre-balanced, so correctors are not always required.
However, depending on the client's skin tone, undertone and the existing pigment in the skin, adding a corrector may be beneficial to achieve the desired healed result.
